4.    Electronic Industry

The development of the electronics industry and nuclear power is a major emerging industry today. In this industry, 2B3T resin, mixed bed resin, polishing resin, electronic grade hydrogen peroxide resin, and nuclear grade resin are still completely dependent on imports. In order to fill the domestic gap, Suqing cooperated with  Ph.D. Zhou Xinliang from Texas in 2021. At present, the small test and pilot test have been completed, and will enter the large-scale production.  At  the  same  time,  the  cooperation  with  Mr.  Chen  Guohua  to   achieve  a breakthrough of zero in the key ion membrane in the production of semiconductor liquid crystal display, and its performance index exceeds the international leading level.

5.    New Energy

In recent years, new energy lithium batteries have developed rapidly, and the demand for  materials such as lithium carbonate, cobalt, nickel, and copper  has increased. Suqing has  successfully   developed   the    second-generation   lithium    adsorbent   SQ60Li   Ⅱ ,   whose  performance exceeds the domestic leading level and reaches the international advanced level, and opened up the application requirements of ion exchange resin and adsorption resin in

the whole industrial chain from lithium battery production to waste battery recycling.

6.    Energy Saving and Emission Reduction

Energy saving and emission reduction is the eternal theme of each of our enterprises. The high temperature resistant resins SQD053G and SQD253G successfully developed by Suqing can  be  used  in  electric  power,  petroleum,  chemical  industry,  coal  chemical  industry, condensate and condensate recovery without adding equipment or changing the process. It has been proved that the long-term operation in the water temperature of 85 °C can save 40% of coal and 35% of water, and greatly reduce operating costs, emission reduction and energy saving for customers. Titanium-based and manganese-based lithium adsorbents for lithium extraction from high-sulfate salt lakes have been successfully developed.
